What is a Raving Fan Club you ask? And how do you get in?
You become a Raving Fan by showing me that you are one of My Valuable Partners! How is this you’re wondering? It’s by demonstrating that I’m your Realtor of choice, owing to your current or past business and/or referrals, which I’ve greatly appreciated over the years.
So what is this MVP Program? It’s a way for me to shower you with monthly gift offerings and exclusive offers, invite you to fun, private events, and really show my appreciation for your referrals! There are two levels to my MVP Program. In the first level, everyone will receive a monthly e-mail with the “Offer of the Month.” If it’s something you are interested in receiving, you simply e-mail or call me back to reserve your gift as soon as you can since most often, there will be a limit on how many are available. This is NOT a drawing, and NO, you don’t need to get me a referral to claim a gift! In addition, these gifts are ALWAYS FREE to you!
What if you do get me a referral or decide to do business with me as an MVP? Then you shoot up to the MVP All-Star level! As an All-Star, you’ll get your own MVP Starbucks card with ten dollars on it. It doesn’t stop there! You’ll also have ten dollars automatically loaded on your card on the first of every month for six months! The perks keep coming. If I receive another referral during that six months, you get an automatic twenty-five dollars loaded onto your card as a thank-you. Your free coffee (or tea or pastries or gifts) can extend for years, so long as you send me at least one referral every six months. And what if you don’t get me another referral in those next six months? Not to worry; you’ll still be an MVP and have access to all of the first-level fun! You can always become an All-Star again at any time with a new referral.
What is a referral you ask? It is NOT me selling anyone a home. It’s simply you getting permission from anyone you know who is thinking of buying or selling a home to give me his or her name and number so that I can call that person and set an appointment to meet. It doesn’t matter if I get that person under contract, and it doesn’t matter if I close the transaction. How easy is that?
